Shipping

We pride ourselves on making and shipping our custom products as quickly as possible. As all orders are custom made on order, the print times will vary depending on the product. All orders will be provided a tracking number to trace the progress of the shipment. For urgent orders please get in touch with us. Please see a rough guide if the printing and shipping is handled by us:

Shipping time: 

Turn around time is 3-5 days for fine art prints and 5 - 7 days for shipping.

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive you order domestically and up to 6 weeks to receive your order internationally depending on your location. 

Print only orders will be shipped within 7 days.

Each print is safely packaged before being mailed via trackable courier domestically and Australia post Internationally. 

*International orders will be shipped as print only.

Please note: International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties / taxes and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Policies change from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot mark international orders as gifts to bypass or reduce any customs fees as this is an illegal practice.
